The right temperature
Match heat quality to a real use case, rather than treating every unit of heat as equally valuable.
Thermal intelligence
Computing creates heat.
We’re building what makes it valuable.
Thermal engineering and digital intelligence to turn data center heat into a useful energy product. From component limits to the heat buyer.
In development. Open to design partners.
The opportunity
Cooling protects computing.
Thermal intelligence connects it to a second source of value.
Our starting point is the whole system: how heat is captured, the temperature it can safely reach, and whether a nearby user can put it to work.
The goal is not hotter hardware.
It is more useful heat.
Match heat quality to a real use case, rather than treating every unit of heat as equally valuable.
Design for defined temperature, volume and availability across changing compute loads.
Connect technical potential with local demand, integration cost and a viable heat agreement.
Our approach
One connected approach to engineering, control and commercial value. Not a heat-recovery add-on considered at the end.
Model before you modify
Map component limits, ageing, coolant behavior and dynamic loads. Connect that engineering picture to the temperature and availability a heat buyer actually needs.
Design for useful heat
Evaluate thermal resistance, circuit architecture and the separation of temperature-sensitive components. Co-design the heat interface with the receiving system.
Control the whole loop
Coordinate coolant flows, operating limits, thermal storage where appropriate, and the delivery interface. Validate controls against real compute and heat-demand profiles.
Engineer the commercial fit
Match heat quality and availability with local users. Evaluate integration, operating costs and delivery requirements before making a commitment to a heat-use pathway.
Illustrative development architecture. Not a live product interface.
The technology we are building
Our planned software layer connects component behavior, system design and operating controls with the requirements of a heat buyer.
Build a reusable understanding of thermal headroom, ageing and heat capture across compute, network and power hardware.
Evaluate circuit layouts, temperature targets, integration costs and the heat user's requirements as one connected design problem.
Develop controls that coordinate coolant flows, storage and delivery within the agreed compute and thermal operating limits.
Use measured operating results to refine models, validate component-life assumptions and improve future system designs.

A clear starting point
Every opportunity starts with the operating limits and economics of a real system.
We are developing our component-to-heat-user approach and the software to support it. We are looking for design partners to validate models, operating envelopes and site economics. We are not presenting a production-ready platform or completed commercial installations.
Our concept combines thermal engineering with models and operating intelligence. It connects component behavior, circuit design, controls and the heat user's requirements. The integration approach will depend on the platform and site.
We do not assume that every site can. A viable case depends on the safe operating envelope, available heat, nearby demand, delivery infrastructure and overall economics. Assessment comes before performance or revenue commitments.
